SAN DIEGO- The Boston College volleyball team suffered a 3-1 loss at San Diego on Saturday night. The Eagles are 0-2 in the San Diego Tournament and 2-3 overall in the season.
The Eagles came out in set one firing on all cylinders, with a .316 kill percentage, accumulating five service aces, and 18 digs. San Diego bounced back to claim each of the next three sets by scores of 25-10, 25-18, and 25-20.
Freshman Halle Schroder (Frisco, Texas) and senior (Normal, Ill.) led the team with 11 kills each, adding on six and eight digs respectively.
